I had traveled from out of town and already driven 18 plus hours. This was my first time staying at this location. I had arrived at like 9am and check in time was not until 2pm, however the manager told me as soon as a room was available she would call me. She took my number and called me like she had said. Not many people keep their word anymore. The room was freshly cleaned the floor was still a lil wet. Not complaining about that. She warned me lol. Room was cleaned price and location was good. Around the corner from restaurants. Thank you Ms. Robin for going above and beyond to help me. Like one review read You rock!

My stay here at the motel 6 in morristown TN has been very pleasant and served me with many kind gestures and great customer service. The owner Mike, has trained his employees with proper knowledge in the hospitality and customer service in providing a commutation for travelers, as well as those in need of a temporary home, until they find something more permanent. Especially under the serious conditions concerning the corona virus/ covid 19. He and his staff have also helped me in more ways then 1 such as giving me a 30 min extra time limit to collect my rent for that day or that week. Mike is not only a hard working owner of his motel, and trusts his hired staff to conduct themselves to the manner he conducts his business.
I have stayed here for 3 months now and have come to love and call this home as well as the staff, family.
Next to Mike the manager Robin is a very hard working woman and goes above and beyond to manage Mike's motel as he sees fit. With that she works many hours over time and keeps up with the people who respect the service they provide. They make a wonderful team and I really enjoy living here in my temporary home.
I highly recommend this location for those passing by. It may not be a Marriott but I considerate of high grade stay.
My love to Mike, robin, and the other staff office and house keeping (Mrs. Janet) and the others all my love.
I would love to work for them if a opportunity arises.

The upgrades are fanominal as well, as they are in the works of cleaning things up from the previous owners.

I was so happy to find out that pets were allowed. Its hard to find hotels when traveling with animals. Staff was very professional as well. Our room was very clean.

I stayed in room 215. It's large room with big space for my kids to play in room while Covid-19. Rooms looks updated recently. Last time i was there it was nasty and smelly super 8. I must say Motel 6 and the new owner did good work. will return back. Jared night desk clerk was helpful.

I am from out of town, my second time staying here I seen an improvement in the rooms king size bed seemed to be newer (stayed in same room) very very well pleased the front desk clerk was extremely friendly told me that check in wasn't until 2 pm but took my number and said she'll call as soon as a room was completed. After traveling for hours I was exhausted.
She called me less then 45 mins later! She let me check in at 12 very grateful for that. You rock Robin!

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom, the manager/owner was kind, evening/night worker was extremely nice and helpful, pets welcome no extra charges, and overall great prices. Would 1,000% recommend.
